Any eligible candidate, who aspires to join any of the Participating Organisations in the IBPS as a Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee or in a similar post in that cadre, is required to register for the Common Recruitment Process (CWE PO/MT-V). Depending on the vacancies to be filled in during the financial year 2016-17 based on the business needs of the Participating Organisations candidates shortlisted will be provisionally allotted to one of the Participating Organisations.

ELIGIBILITY

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONDESCRIPTION
GraduateGraduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.
Final Year of GraduationThey may also apply provided they can produce proof of passing on or before 01.08.2015.

NOTE :

  • The date of passing eligibility examination will be the date appearing on the marksheet or provisional certificate.
  • In case the result of a particular examination is posted on the website of the University/Institute then a certificate issued by the appropriate authority indicating the date on which the result was posted on the website will be taken as the date of passing.

AGE (AS ON 01.07.2015):

Minimum: 20 years, Maximum: 30 years, i.e. A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.07.1985 and not later than 01.07.1995 (both dates inclusive)

NOTE

  • The relaxation in upper age limit to SC/ST/OBC candidates is allowed on cumulative basis with only one of the remaining categories for which age relaxation is permitted as mentioned above.
  • Candidates seeking age relaxation will be required to submit necessary certificate(s) in original/ copies at the time of Interview and at any subsequent stage of the recruitment process as required by IBPS/ Participating Organisation(s).

EXAM FORMAT

The examination will be carried out in three phases:

Phase I (Preliminary Exam):

It will be an ONLINE Computer Based Test mode where the candidates will be shown section-wise questions on a computer screen.
There will be three sections, English Language (30 marks), Quantitative Aptitude (35 marks) and Reasoning Ability (35 marks).

2. Phase II (Mains Exam):

An ONLINE Computer Based Test mode where the candidates will be shown section-wise questions on a computer screen. There will be four sections, English Language; General Awareness, Marketing & Computers; Data Analysis & Interpretation; Reasoning (High Level) each carrying 50 marks.

3. Phase III (Interview):

There will be an interview.

MARKING SCHEME
